The Executive Board is ACI government, members are elected by the Council, is comprised of the President, the Treasurer and three to five Board Members. The Members of the Executive Board should include at least one member of each of the Regions.

EB submits to the Council proposal for the annual budget or any other proposals as it deems fit; executes the approved budget to the global and/or regional activities of ACI in accordance with the directions of, or to carry out the purpose as resolved by the Council; t forms, nominates or dissolves any committee (including the Nominating Committee, but excluding the Standing Committees), panel or working group, howsoever called, to carry out the tasks delegated; executes any business delegated to it by the Council.
